SunFlower was born in 2023 in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, when Sara and her mother decided to breathe new life into a historic gelateria, bringing a wave of freshness, passion, and craftsmanship.
After years spent among doughs, labs and gourmet shops, mother and daughter chose to take the plunge together. The result? A place that smells like home, where every cone, brioche, and smile tells the story of a love for things done well.
